CALL FOR ENTRIES CONTINUES
11th BALKAN PANORAMA FILM FESTIVAL

The 11th Balkan Panorama Film Festival will take place in Izmir, Türkiye between 25 September and 1 October 2026. Filmmakers and producers are invited to submit their projects as the call for entries is currently open.

The Organizing Committee of the Balkan Panorama Film Festival plans to continue the festival as an important autumn film event. Organized by the Rumeli Culture, Art and Education Association, the festival will once again bring together filmmakers from the region and around the world in Izmir.

This year’s Advisory Board includes the following distinguished names:

SUBMISSION DATES
19 January - 20 March 2026

Submissions are accepted online through the festival’s official website. Detailed information about the application process and requirements can be found on the festival’s official website. Applicants are kindly requested to carefully review the general rules and regulations before submitting their applications.

Submissions opened on 19 January 2026 and will remain open until 20 March 2026.

All submissions will be evaluated by the pre-selection jury and the results will be announced no later than 12 July 2026 on the festival’s official website.

YELLOW UMBRELLA AWARDS IN 6 CATEGORIES

Within the framework of the festival, fiction, documentary and animation films will compete in national and international categories for the Yellow Umbrella Awards.
