SUBMIT APPLICATION

IMPORTANT NOTE: All fields in the application form are mandatory. Please read carefully and fill in all required information. Feature Film Competition: Fiction, animation, and documentary films with a duration of 60 minutes or longer are eligible to apply. Short Film Competition: Fiction, animation, and documentary films with a duration of minimum 5 minutes and maximum 25 minutes (including credits) are eligible to apply. Films selected for the competition must have English subtitles. Films without English subtitles will not be accepted into the competition. Director biography and filmography must be written in Turkish and English; applications in only one language will be considered invalid. Synopsis must be written in Turkish and English; applications in only one language will be considered invalid. Only films in mp4 and mkv formats will be accepted. All other formats will be considered invalid. For technical specifications, please refer to the General Regulations. If your film is not selected for the competition program by the Preselection Jury, you agree that it may, if deemed appropriate, be screened in the festival's non-competitive program up to three (3) times. The downloadable screening copy of the film (mp4 or mkv format in accordance with the technical specifications stated in the General Regulations) must be available through a downloadable link and remain active for at least seven (7) days. The festival management reserves the right to screen selected films within the scope of events organized under the Traveling Balkan Panorama Film Festival.
